Welcome to my website, Subtlewoman.com. I am Denise E. Williams, Subtle Woman/Medicine Woman, Owner of Why Not Wellness and Holistic Hoop. Thank you for visiting my home on the web. Throughout my career as an Occupational Therapist and Wellness Counselor, I have worked in rehabilitation/acute care hospitals, nursing homes, home health, schools, pediatric clinics on staff and as a clinic manager. My interests in others’ growth and occupational performance led me to the study of Healing Touch, Shamanism, intuition, and Psychic development. I embraced my knowledge base and frames of reference to aide my clients’ exploration and learning of their past stories, inner knowing, and old wounds.
